National Competition drew high school teams from 36 states,

as well as a team from  London, England.

Waukesha West High School

Coach Duane Stein

Wisconsin State Champion, Waukesha West High School, earned 34 medals

(including $6,000 in cash scholarships) at the USAD® National Competition.

The nine-member team accumulated an overall score of 49,735.9 points.

This year marked West's tenth consecutive appearance

at National Competition and resulted in a 1st place finish in Division II

and 3rd place finish overall in the nation.

Josh Graham received the highest team score for the West team

and ranked 3rd highest overall in the nation.

Katharine Tyndall was featured in the Speech Showcase and

earned a perfect score for her speech presentation.

Jared Christiansen received a perfect score in Interview.

As Division Winners at State Competition,

Waukesha South, New Berlin Eisenhower and Marathon High Schools

earned the opportunity to represent Wisconsin

in the USAD® National Online Competition

which runs simultaneously with National Competition.
