| The operation of CESAs is governed by a Board of Control, and the District Administrators of each school district in the CESA serve as an advisory committee to the Board of Control and the administrative staff of the CESA. The Board of Control, with advice from the School Administrators and CESA administrative staff, determines policy of the Agency, and determines the direction of programs of the Agency. | |
