If you are having trouble using our website (i.e. the menu bar doesn’t work) you need to enable JavaScript/ActiveX in your browser (Internet Explorer uses ActiveX to implement JavaScript). JavaScript is a scripting language used by Web designers to design dynamic, interactive websites to display information.

To enable JavaScript (or ActiveX controls) in your browser:

Netscape Navigator (4.8):
1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. In the Category list on the left, click Advanced.
3. Choose Scripts & Plugins.
4. Select the Enable JavaScript checkbox and click OK.

Internet Explorer (6.0 or higher):
1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. In the dialog box, click the Security tab.
3. Click on Custom Level.
4. Scroll down until you see section labeled Scripting.
5. Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK.
6. Click Yes in the confirmation window.

Mozilla Firefox (1.0 & 1.5 or higher):
1. From the Tools menu, select Options.
2. Choose Content from the top navigation (if using 1.5 or higher). Choose Web     Features from the left navigation (if using 1.0).
3. Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript and click OK.

Apple Safari (1.0):
1. From the top menu, select Safari.
2. Choose Preferences.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript.
