Regional Service Network (RSN) Project, an alliance of CESA Special Educators, is committed to the design of programs and services that provide full educational opportunity to all children with disabilities.  RSN maintains the professional network of local Directors of Special Education/Pupil Services to develop programs, services, and

Comprehensive System of Professional Development (CSPD).  Opportunities are provided for special

and regular educators, parents, administrators, related service specialists, school psychologists,

speech language pathologists, paraeducators and others.

  • RSN Leadership is a statewide collaborative effort between all 12 CESAs in Wisconsin.
  • RSN functions as a liaison between the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (WDPI) and local school districts regarding Special Education issues.
