School Improvement Services provides leadership and assistance in current best practices regarding leadership practices to advance student learning. The CAI (Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction) Learning Network meets monthly for regional sharing and updates on timely leadership issues. The School Improvement Services department may be contacted regarding assistance with the school improvement process, aligning school board strategic action plans with annual school improvement plans, policy development to support school improvement, creating internal accountability systems to lead school improvement, Data Retreats for shared leadership, data-driven decision-making for leaders, among other timely topics in educational leadership. The Learning Communities Leadership Network (LCLN) provides an annual series of high-quality professional development for school and district leaders and their leadership teams, guided by the LCLN Advisory Council comprised of area school and district leaders.
