CESA 7 Regional Spelling Bees
Four regional spelling bees are facilitated by CESA 7, in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Journal. Regional winners advance to the Badger State Spelling Bee and the winner of that competition advances to the Scripps National Spelling Bee. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scripps Enrollment Information
Each public, private, parochial, charter, virtual, and home school association must enroll with and pay a $109 enrollment/materials fee to the Scripps organization in order to participate.
The enrollment period occurs August 16, 2011 through October 17, 2011. There is a late enrollment period that occurs October 18, 2011 through December 16, 2011. Schools that enroll with Scripps during the late enrollment period will be subject to a $75 per school late enrollment fee!
Encyclopaedia Britannica Bonus: Enroll by September 30, 2011 and receive TWO free one-year gift subscriptions to Britannica Online for Kids (a $69.95 value each).
CESA 7 is informed of the schools that enroll with Scripps and will only send out the necessary forms/information for participation in the regional spelling bee to those schools. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CESA 7 Regional Spelling Bee Competitions
