Work Services Program:

The Holiday House Work Service Program, through a contract with the Manitowoc County Human Services
Department, offers individuals with disabilities the
opportunity to earn wages while they are working toward vocational and personal goals.

Participants in this program perform a variety of work assignments obtained through contracts with area businesses.

These work
opportunities are offered in a variety of work sites operated by Holiday House.

Individualized services are provided to each person involved in this program.

Service plans designed to help participants reach their goals are developed and reviewed through a team process that is coordinated by Case Managers.

The person-centered review process used in this program provides regular opportunities for participants to assess services and to make informed choices about other vocational
options.

Receive authorization from the Manitowoc County Human Services Department or Division of Vocational Rehabilitation

Be at least 18 years old or able to obtain a state-issued work permit
