(AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER)

The goal of the Aging and Disability Resource Center is to provide a centralized “one-stop” source of information and referral for community resources. 

Assistance with accessing services is free to seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers regardless of income. 

The ultimate outcome of the Resource Center is to empower and support adults in planning for current and future long term care needs.
