We are a "self-help" organization designed to offer assistance, guidance, advocacy and support in transition to and in perpetuation of community-based living focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities. HearthStone provides assessment and referral services to help you and your family find your way to the kind of services that may exist in the community. HearthStone
offers Mentor Families who have had experience
and community networking to help you find your way through
the maze of information that often is confusing and discouraging. PATH Planning. PATH (Planning
Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) is a process that can
help you take the important first steps toward better
tomorrows by designing an individualized support group
that is focused on helping, supporting and advocating
for adults with developmental disabilities. This service
is offered free to HearthStone member families. |

cost to belong to HearthStone? Nothing. Our dues are do's. No need to bring your checkbook. Bring your time, your talent, your commitment, your energy, and enthusiasm. Donations are always gratefully accepted and encouraged, but the value of your membership in HearthStone is based on what you make of it, not what you pay for it. |
