Since 1983 Paragon has been providing unique opportunities for people with disabilities. 

Currently, Paragon has designed programs that reach people with Developmental Disabilities as well as specific activities for people with Traumatic Brain Injuries. 

These opportunities include a full day program (Day Services), hourly respite, evening and weekend respite (Paragon Activity Club), guardianship, massage therapy and transportation. 

Paragon also works collaboratively with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to ensure that a person has ongoing rehabilitation supports available during the week. 

Paragon prides itself on individualizing plans to meet a person’s unique needs.  This approach offers unique interventions and opportunities to support people in the community setting.

De Pere, Green Bay, Plymouth, Sturgeon Bay

We currently have contracts with and serve people from the following counties: Door, Kewaunee, Brown, Outagamie, Sheboygan, Washington, Dodge, Jefferson, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, Rock, Green, Dane, Columbia as well as CCI (Family Care Agency).
