Project SEARCH is a trademarked and copyrighted model of employment training for students with disabilities* in their last year of school eligibility. Students are immersed in a business environment five days a week, where they learn a variety of job skills during three, 10-week internship rotations, as well as, employability skills through classroom training.
The Green Bay Project SEARCH host business is a joint venture with Bellin Health and HSHS St. Vincent Hospital. Other program partners include: ASPIRO (lead agency), CESA 7, Aging & Disability Resource Center, Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development - Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
