CESA 7 Leaders to Present at AESA Annual Conference
CESA 7 Agency Administrator Aaron Malczewski and Board of Control Member Janel Veeser - Southern Door County School District, will represent our agency on the national stage at the 2025 Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA) Annual Conference & Expo on December 3 in Colorado Springs, CO.
Their session, “Elevating Board Leadership: 7 Steps to Excellence,” will highlight practical strategies for effective governance and strong ESA board leadership.
The 2025 AESA Conference is designed to spark innovation, foster well-being, and empower educational leaders across the country. This year’s programming centers on four key strands:
