Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
See the Person. Support the Journey.
Mental health is part of everyday life — it affects how we think, feel, connect, and learn. At CESA 7, we are proud to support the growing mental health needs of our school districts through our expanding Mental Health Services area.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we encourage our schools and communities to:
-Notice early signs of mental health concerns
-Strengthen support systems for students, staff, and families
-Respond with compassion during challenging moments
Mental health and well-being are essential to student success and thriving school communities. Together, we can help ensure every person feels seen, supported, and connected.
If you or someone you know needs support, help is available by calling or texting 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
